01Agreement

These terms form a contract between you and PexyCard Digital Ltd. ("PexyCard"). By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you place your order.

02What we sell

PexyCard is an independent reseller of digital gift cards and prepaid credit. We are not the issuer of the cards we sell, and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the brands listed on this site. Brand names are used only to identify the product being sold.

Each card is subject to the issuing brand's own terms of use, which govern how the balance can be redeemed. The key restrictions for each product are listed on its page before you buy.

03Orders and pricing

• All prices are shown in US dollars and include any applicable tax unless stated otherwise.
• An order is accepted only once payment has been confirmed. Until then, no contract for supply exists.
• We may decline or cancel an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where a pricing error is obvious, or where an automated fraud check fails. If we do, you are refunded in full.
• PexyCard adds no fee of its own. The order total is exactly what you send; the network gas your wallet charges is separate and never reaches us.

04First-order promotion

15% OFF YOUR FIRST ORDER. The discount is applied automatically to the order subtotal at checkout and shown as its own line in the order summary before you pay.

• The promotion is limited to one order per customer.
• It is applied once to an order and is never applied twice to the same order.
• It applies to the order subtotal, in whichever currency you pay.
• It has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and cannot be combined with another promotion unless we say so explicitly.
• We may withdraw or vary the promotion at any time. Orders already placed are unaffected.
• Abuse — including creating multiple identities to claim the discount repeatedly — may result in orders being cancelled and refunded.

05Delivery

Codes are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, normally within seconds of payment being confirmed. Crypto payments are released after the required number of network confirmations.

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately — where the code has not yet been redeemed we can usually void it and reissue to the right address.

Where an order is delayed by a manual review, we will tell you and you may cancel for a full refund while the code remains unissued.

06Refunds and cancellation

• An unrevealed, unredeemed code may be refunded within 14 days of purchase.
• Once a code has been revealed or redeemed it cannot be refunded, because the value has passed out of our control.
• If a code fails to redeem for a reason attributable to us or our supplier, we will replace it or refund you in full.
• Refunds are sent in the same asset, to the address the payment came from, at the rate applied at the time of the original order.
• Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

07Acceptable use

• Do not use PexyCard to launder money, to spend stolen payment credentials, or to evade sanctions.
• Do not resell codes as if they were issued by you, or misrepresent your relationship with PexyCard or with the card issuers.
• Do not attempt to disrupt the service, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or probe it for vulnerabilities without written permission.
• We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably believe these rules are being broken.

08Crypto payments

PexyCard accepts crypto only. USDT, USDC, ETH, BNB, AVAX and LINK can be signed in a connected browser wallet; BTC, SOL, XRP, ADA, DOGE, TRX and LTC are paid by sending to an address shown at checkout. PexyCard never has custody of your keys and cannot move funds on your behalf.

On-chain transactions are irreversible. You are responsible for confirming the amount and destination shown in your wallet before signing. Where a payment is sent to the wrong address, or with insufficient gas, we cannot recover it.

The USD total is the amount owed. Any crypto figure shown alongside it is a conversion at the prevailing rate and is recalculated immediately before you sign.

09Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, for loss of profit or business, or for the acts and policies of the card issuers, whose terms govern redemption.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
